I am proud to be on the Marshall Direct Fund (MDF) board and have found the last three years to be very rewarding. Living in Aspen, Colorado it is easy to sometimes forget that there is so much conflict in the world. Joining MDF has allowed me to contribute time, funds, and creative ideas to an organization that has the power to change the world. As Malala Yousafzai said, “Guns kill terrorists, education kills terrorism.” MDF is providing underserved youth and young women with education, skills, and resources in Pakistan. We cannot change everything or everyone at once, but it is an honor to be a part of an organization creating opportunity for meaningful change and lasting peace. I challenge each and every one of you to get involved in this wonderful organization and donate to a cause that can really make a difference this holiday season.

Aspen Public Radio is showcasing Marshall Direct Fund this month. Click here to learn more about how we are making a difference.

Thank you for all that you do and all that you are!
Chelsea Dillon, Board Chair

May Peace On Earth be more than a slogan this holiday season!
